To help Elevate Career Labs grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our mission of bridging the tech skills gap in the Pikes Peak region. We primarily seek Industry Mentors and Instructors active tech professionals in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or software development who can lead bootcamps or guide students through hands-on work in the Project Hub. Additionally, as we build our Working Board, we have critical openings for professionals with backgrounds in Law and Finance to provide strategic oversight and ensure our long-term sustainability. Whether you are a senior developer looking to "pay it forward" or a local leader eager to support veteran transitions, your expertise will directly help our students forge new careers and strengthen the Colorado Springs tech ecosystem.

Volunteer Roles at a Glance

Technical Instructors: Lead free certification bootcamps for CompTIA, AWS, or Azure.

Project Mentors: Guide multidisciplinary student teams as they build real-world solutions for local non-profits.

Board Officers: Serve as President, Secretary, or Treasurer to guide our governance and financial health.

Subject Matter Experts: Provide "guest labs" on specialized topics like Python, soldering, or drone tech for our community courses.
