What We Offer
At Operation Forward, we design adaptable solutions to meet diverse community and technical needs, offering custom pricing models for unique projects.
At the center of our workforce development is the Project Hub. Here, we bridge the gap between education and employment by pairing technical students with community-sourced projects that directly support local nonprofits and organizations.
How It Works for Students:
Hands-On Career Tracks: Dive deep into real-world roles across Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Defense, DevOps, Project Management, or Systems Engineering.
100% Free Tuition: We believe in barrier-free advancement. Access to the Hub, resources, and workspace is entirely free.
Professional Independence: Manage your own schedule and collaborate in our workspace, backed by a structured milestone framework. You will keep projects on track through weekly check-ins and formal monthly presentations to leadership and industry mentors.

Prior to each certification bootcamp, a bridge course will be offered to students who do not meet the minimum knowledge requirements for their desired certification, ensuring everyone has the foundational skills needed to succeed; both bridge courses and certification bootcamps are provided free to all students, and exam vouchers will be issued at no cost to students who satisfactorily complete the coursework.

Operation Forward will offer free certification bootcamp courses from industry-leading providers such as CompTIA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, and more, ensuring participants gain recognized, marketable credentials at no cost. Each course will be taught by active industry professionals who hold equivalent or higher-level certifications than the material they instruct, bringing current, real-world experience and best practices into the classroom. The curriculum will focus on hands-on learning, exam readiness, and practical applications employers value, while support services, mentoring, study resources, and practice exams, will help learners progress from foundational knowledge to job-ready competency. By removing financial barriers and delivering instruction from seasoned practitioners, the program aims to expand access to high-demand IT careers and strengthen workforce pipelines across communities.

Project Hub is the core component of our upskill proposition, giving students real-world experience that strengthens their resumes while directly supporting local communities and nonprofit organizations. Project ideas are sourced from the community to ensure tangible impact, and each engagement includes a substantive technical component with student placements aligned to career goals, roles may include software development, cloud infrastructure, electrical or mechanical engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, or project management. Participation in the Project Hub is offered at no cost to students; they are required to attend weekly check-ins and present progress monthly to the executive director and cohort mentor, while otherwise organizing their own schedules and accessing available workspace.
